This design challenge partnered with many large industries to help create solutions within the work from home employee experience. The project was a team effort between a Motion Graphics Designer, UX Designer, Copywriter, and Advertising Designer.
We started by interviewing 20 employees who have been forced to begin working from home, and put the average into the persona below.
Deliverables
Delivered box containing artifacts with company branding
Employee information book containing work from home advice and mentorship
A mobile website That allows employees to personalize their own recommendations and guidance through the company to improve performance through custom data.
